Terms of Use
Last updated September 28, 2026.
Beta service
Prayerer is in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed with little notice as we keep building. Please don’t rely on Prayerer for anything where downtime or data loss would cause serious harm.
Your account
You must provide a working email address to sign up, and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Your username is permanent once chosen, since other members and public links may depend on it. You must be at least 13 years old to use Prayerer.
Your content
You own what you post. By posting a prayer, comment, or update, you give Prayerer the license needed to store, display, and distribute it to other members so the feed, notifications, and profile features work as described.
Posts are checked against word-count limits and a prohibited-language filter before they’re published, and requests marked public are visible to anyone with the link. Anonymous posting is not available—every post is attributed to your account.
Community standards
You agree not to use Prayerer to:
- Harass, threaten, or deliberately harm another member
- Post content that is illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Spam, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the service
If a prayer or comment is independently reported by three different members, it is automatically hidden pending review. Moderators can restore content, dismiss reports, or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate these terms.
Account termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings, which permanently removes your profile and associated data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the safety of other members at risk.
Disclaimer
Prayerer is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, while it remains in beta. We are not responsible for content posted by members, and views expressed by members are their own.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Prayerer evolves. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do, and continued use of Prayerer after a change means you accept the updated terms.
